Use GPS speed

Without GPS, speed is estimated from acceleration and slowly relaxes toward idle. GPS keeps revs honest while cruising. If the browser has no motion sensor at all (a Tesla), GPS speed is used on its own — revs follow your speed with about a second of lag, and the browser needs location permission.
